｜契約の条件
『賃貸契約』を進めるにあたり、保証審査がございます。
保証審査を通過するには、次の2点の条件を満たしている必要があります。
1. 日本にお住まいであること
2. 日本の銀行口座をお持ちであること
どちらかに該当しない場合は、以下の条件にご同意をお願いしております。
① 勤務先が分かるもの（名刺など）のご提出
② お支払いは事前の一括払いのみ
③ 1か月分の滞在料金をデポジットとして追加でお預かり
※デポジットはご退去後に返金いたします。ただし、通常の清掃では対応できない汚れや家具の破損などがある場合は、修繕費用として充当させていただきます。
｜契約の流れ
1. unito.life（弊社Webサイト）より希望する部屋に申し込みをする
2. 空室の場合、契約書・請求書をメールアドレスへ送付
3. 契約書への署名が完了後、『入居確定メール』を受け取り、全ての手続きが終了
4. （当日）別途メールへ送られる『入居案内』に従い、入居を開始
｜お支払い
ご利用料金は契約締結時に、一括でお支払いをいただきます。
デポジットは退去月の翌月25日に返金となります。
※返金はご入居時にお支払いをいただいたクレジットカード宛てに返金となります。
｜Contract Conditions
Before proceeding with the rental contract, a guarantor screening will be required.
To pass the screening, you must meet both of the following conditions:
You currently reside in Japan
You have a Japanese bank account
If you do not meet one or both of these conditions, we ask for your agreement to the following terms:
Submit a document that shows your place of employment (e.g., business card, employment certificate, etc.)
Payment must be made in full in advance
An additional deposit equivalent to one month’s rent will be required
※ The deposit will be refunded after move-out. However, if there are any damages or stains that cannot be covered by normal cleaning, the repair or cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit.
｜Contract Process
1. Apply for your desired room via our website (unito.life).
2. If the room is available, we will send the contract and invoice to your email address.
3. After signing the contract, you will receive a **“Move-in Confirmation Email,”** completing all procedures.
4. On the move-in day, follow the **“Move-in Guide”** sent to you by email to begin your stay.
｜Payment
The full amount of the accommodation fee must be paid at the time of contract signing.
The deposit will be refunded on the 25th of the month following your move-out month.
*Refunds will be made to the credit card used for your initial payment at move-in.
